Directions for use: 1. Measure 15ml of Kin Fluorkin Mouthwash using the measuring cup provided. 2. Rinse thoroughly for 30 seconds, ensuring the mouthwash reaches all areas of your mouth. 3. Do not swallow. 4. Expectorate the mouthwash after rinsing. Recommended frequency: Use twice daily, after brushing and flossing, preferably in the morning and evening. Additional tips: For optimal results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after rinsing. Do not dilute the mouthwash.
