Logiscent ships orders with tracked carriers selected according to the destination country, postcode and services available at checkout.

Delivery methods

The delivery methods shown during checkout are the only options available for your destination. Depending on the country, Logiscent may offer GLS, FedEx Regional, Correos Express, La Poste, Deutsche Post, DPD, PostNL, PostNord or another local carrier.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are shown in working days. They may vary because of public holidays, logistics checks, carrier incidents or busy periods.

Shipping costs and free delivery

Shipping costs are calculated according to the country and available carrier. When the free-delivery threshold configured for the destination is reached, delivery is offered automatically at checkout.

Tracking

When the carrier provides a tracking number, it is shared so you can follow the shipment.
