Expectorate the mouthwash after rinsing. Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily , after brushing your teeth in the morning and evening, for optimal results. Additional Tips: For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after rinsing with Kin Fresh Mouthwash. Do not dilute the mouthwash.
