Instructions for Use: 1. Ensure the crutch is properly assembled and all components are secure. 2. Stand upright with your shoes on and allow your arms to hang naturally at your sides. 3. Position the top of the crutch handle approximately 15-20 cm (6-8 inches) away from the side of your foot and 5 cm (2 inches) in front of your foot. 4. Adjust the crutch height so that the handgrip is level with your wrist crease when your elbow is slightly bent (approximately 20-30 degrees ). 5. The elbow support should be 2.5-5 cm (1-2 inches) below your elbow. 6. When walking, move the crutch forward simultaneously with the opposite leg. Distribute your weight evenly between your hand on the handgrip and your good leg. 7. Avoid leaning on the armpit support as this can cause nerve damage. The weight should be borne on your hands. 8. Use the crutch on the side opposite to the injured leg. Recommended Frequency: Use the crutches as directed by your healthcare professional. This will depend on the nature of your injury or condition. Use them as needed for support and mobility while walking. Additional Tips: 1.
