Ortholacer Protective Orthodontic Wax With 14 Bars
Directions
Directions for Use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Locate the area of your braces causing discomfort or irritation. 3. Break off a small piece of Ortholacer Protective Orthodontic Wax from one of the rods. 4. Roll the wax between your fingers to soften it and form a small ball. 5. Apply the wax directly to the bracket or wire causing the irritation, ensuring it covers the sharp or protruding area. 6. Press gently to secure the wax in place. Recommended Frequency: Apply the wax as needed, whenever you experience discomfort or irritation from your braces. You may need to reapply after eating, drinking, or brushing your teeth. Replace the wax if it becomes dislodged or loses its effectiveness. Additional Tips: 1. For best results, ensure the area is dry before applying the wax. 2. Avoid applying excessive amounts of wax, as this can make it more likely to dislodge. 3. If the wax is difficult to remove, try using dental floss to gently lift it away. 4. Although the wax is safe to ingest in small amounts, it is not intended to be eaten. Remove and discard the wax before eating. 5. Store the remaining wax rods in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 6. Consult your orthodontist if you experience persistent discomfort or irritation despite using the wax.
