Ortolacer Protective Orthodontic Wax Brush 7 Bars
Directions
How to use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Locate the area where the orthodontic appliance is causing discomfort or friction. 3. Break off a small piece of OrtoLacer Orthodontic Wax from the bar. 4. Roll the wax between your fingers to soften it and form a small ball. 5. Apply the wax directly onto the bracket or wire that is causing irritation, ensuring it covers the sharp or protruding part. 6. Press gently to secure the wax in place. 7. Repeat as needed for other areas of discomfort. Recommended frequency: Apply OrtoLacer Orthodontic Wax as needed, whenever you experience discomfort or irritation from your orthodontic appliance. This may be several times a day, especially during the initial stages of treatment or after adjustments. Remove the wax before brushing and reapply after cleaning your teeth and appliance. Additional tips: 1. Ensure your hands and the area around the appliance are clean before applying the wax. 2. Use a small amount of wax – a little goes a long way. 3. Avoid consuming hot food or drinks immediately after applying the wax, as this may cause it to melt and become dislodged. 4. If the wax becomes dislodged or excessively worn, remove it and replace it with a fresh piece. 5. Consult your orthodontist if you experience persistent discomfort or irritation despite using the wax. 6. Store the wax in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 7. While OrtoLacer Orthodontic Wax provides relief from discomfort, it does not replace regular orthodontic check-ups and adjustments by your orthodontist. 8. Although the original description mentions five bars, this product contains seven bars of wax.
