Directions for Use: 1. Choose the correct size: Select the interdental brush with the diameter that fits your interdental space comfortably. It should slide in without force but with slight resistance. 2. Insert gently: Carefully insert the brush into the interdental space, following the natural curve of your teeth. Do not force the brush. 3. In-and-out motion: Move the brush back and forth a few times to remove plaque and debris. 4. Rinse and repeat: Rinse the brush under running water after each use. Repeat the process for all interdental spaces. 5. Replace the cap: After use, place the protective cap back on the brush for hygienic storage. Recommended Frequency: Use daily , preferably after brushing your teeth, to maintain optimal interdental hygiene. Additional Tips: If bleeding occurs, it may indicate gum inflammation.
