Directions

Directions for Use: 1. Gently insert the GUM Bi-Direction XL 1.4mm interdental brush into the space between your teeth. Do not force the brush. If it doesn't fit easily, choose a smaller size. 2. For front teeth , hold the brush straight. 3. For back teeth , bend the brush head to a 90° "L" shape. 4. Move the brush gently back and forth a few times to clean the interdental space and gum line. 5. Rinse the brush with water after each use. 6. Replace the protective cap to keep the brush clean until the next use. 7. Discard the brush when the bristles become frayed or worn. Recommended Frequency: Use daily , ideally after brushing your teeth, to remove plaque and food particles from between your teeth and maintain optimal oral hygiene. Additional Tips: 1. Choose the correct brush size. If the brush is too large, it may damage your gums. If it is too small, it will not effectively clean the interdental space. 2. Be gentle. Do not force the brush into the interdental space. 3. If your gums bleed, it may be a sign of gum inflammation. Consult your dentist or dental hygienist. 4. Replace your interdental brush regularly, generally every week or when the bristles become worn or frayed. 5. Using interdental brushes in conjunction with regular brushing and flossing helps ensure comprehensive oral care.
