How to use: 1. Gently insert the GUM Bi-Direction 0.7mm Green interdental brush between your teeth, at the gum line. 2. Move the brush back and forth in a gentle sawing motion to remove plaque and debris. 3. Rinse the brush thoroughly after each use. 4. Replace the brush when the bristles become worn or frayed. Recommended frequency: Use daily , preferably after brushing and flossing, to maintain optimal oral hygiene. Additional tips: Choose the correct size interdental brush for your interdental spaces. If the brush is too large, it may cause discomfort or damage your gums. Do not force the brush into tight spaces. If you experience any bleeding or discomfort, consult your dentist or dental hygienist. For best results, use in conjunction with GUM toothpaste and mouthwash.
