Directions for Use: 1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and feet flat on the floor. 2. Place the cuff on your left wrist, with the display facing upwards. The edge of the cuff should be approximately 1cm from the base of your palm. 3. Support your arm on a flat surface, ensuring the cuff is at heart level. 4. Remain still and silent during the measurement. 5. Press the START/STOP button to begin the measurement. 6. The cuff will inflate automatically. Do not move or talk during this process. 7. Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate, and the results will be displayed on the screen: systolic pressure , diastolic pressure , and pulse rate . 8. Record your readings. For the first use, inflate to 190 mmHg. Subsequent measurements will adjust automatically based on previous readings. Recommended Frequency: It is recommended to take your blood pressure twice daily , once in the morning and once in the evening , for consistent monitoring. Consult your doctor for personalized recommendations. Additional Tips: 1. Avoid eating, drinking caffeinated beverages, smoking, or exercising 30 minutes before taking your blood pressure. 2. Ensure the cuff is fitted correctly and snugly, but not too tight. 3. Use the same arm for each measurement to ensure consistency. 4. Keep a record of your blood pressure readings and share them with your doctor. 5. If you experience any discomfort or unusual readings, consult your doctor immediately. 6. Do not use the device if it is damaged or malfunctioning. 7. Refer to the user manual for detailed instructions and troubleshooting.
