Hartmann Veroval Sphygmomanometer Cuff
Directions
Instructions for Use: 1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and feet flat on the floor. 2. Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, about 1 inch above the elbow. 3. The bottom edge of the cuff should be about 1-2 fingers width above the bend of your elbow. 4. Ensure the tubing is not kinked or twisted. 5. Connect the cuff to the Veroval blood pressure monitor (sold separately). 6. Turn on the device and follow the on-screen instructions. 7. Remain still and silent during the measurement. 8. Once the reading is complete, record your systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings. Recommended Frequency: Consult your doctor for personalized advice. Generally, regular monitoring is recommended for individuals managing hypertension or other related conditions. For general health monitoring, periodic checks may suffice. Additional Tips: 1. Take measurements at the same time each day for consistency. 2. Avoid caffeine, nicotine, and exercise for at least 30 minutes before taking a reading. 3. Empty your bladder before measurement. 4. Use the same arm for each measurement. 5. Keep a record of your readings to share with your doctor. 6. Ensure the cuff is the correct size for your arm circumference. 7. If you experience any discomfort or unusual readings, consult your doctor immediately.
