Directions for use: 1. Shake well before each use. 2. Hold the bottle 15-20cm away from your skin and spray generously and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. 3. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, perspiring, or toweling.4. Do not spray directly onto the face. Spray into hands and then apply to face. Recommended frequency: Reapply every two hours for optimal protection, and more frequently after swimming, perspiring, or toweling. Additional tips: 1. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, even while using sunscreen. 2. Seek shade, especially during peak sun hours (10am-4pm). 3. Wear protective clothing, including a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses. 4. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. 5. Important: Reducing the quantity of sunscreen applied will lower the level of protection significantly. 6. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. 7. Over-exposure to the sun is a serious health threat.

Warnings
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not apply to broken or damaged skin. Apply liberally 15-20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every two hours, or immediately after swimming, towel drying, or excessive perspiration. Sun protection measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. and wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. May stain some fabrics.
