Suavinex Nasal Aspirator
Directions
How to use: 1. Before first use, disassemble the nasal aspirator and wash all parts thoroughly with warm, soapy water. 2. Squeeze the bulb to expel the air. 3. Gently insert the tip of the aspirator into the baby's nostril, being careful not to insert it too deeply. 4. Slowly release the bulb to suction out the mucus. 5. Remove the aspirator and empty the contents into a tissue. 6. Repeat steps 2-5 for the other nostril. 7. After each use, disassemble the aspirator and wash all parts thoroughly with warm, soapy water. Allow to air dry completely before reassembling. Recommended frequency: Use as needed to clear your baby's nasal passages. This may be several times a day, especially during a cold. Additional tips: For newborns and infants: Use saline solution drops in each nostril before using the aspirator to help loosen mucus. For stubborn mucus: Try using a humidifier to add moisture to the air, which can help thin the mucus. Hygiene is key: Always clean the aspirator thoroughly after each use to prevent the spread of germs. Never force the aspirator: If your baby resists or seems uncomfortable, stop and try again later. Consult a doctor: If your baby's nasal congestion persists for more than a few days, or if they have a fever or other symptoms, consult a healthcare professional.
