Directions for use: 1. Measure 15ml of Ortholacer Mouthwash Lime Flavour using the measuring cup provided. 2. Rinse your mouth thoroughly for 30 seconds , ensuring the mouthwash reaches all areas. 3. Do not swallow. 4. Expel the mouthwash after rinsing. Recommended frequency: Use twice daily , after brushing your teeth in the morning and evening, or as directed by your dentist or hygienist. Additional tips: For optimal results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after rinsing with Ortholacer Mouthwash Lime Flavour. Do not dilute the mouthwash.
